NEW pay raise: At FirstExpress, your hard work is not only noticed, it’s rewarded. Beginning January 1, 2018, all drivers – new and current – will receive a $0.01 CPM pay raise.
NEW 401K enrollment timing: We believe in helping our drivers build towards a comfortable future, and we are taking the next step in achieving this goal. Beginning January 1, 2018, all drivers – new and current – will be eligible for immediate 401K enrollment. Let’s work together in creating a valuable future for you and your loved ones.
- Starting pay: $.40 CPM ($.42 CPM for HazMat drivers)
- Average 2,300 – 2,800 miles/week
- Compensation review every 4 months
- ½ CPM raise every 50K miles
- $.02 CPM monthly bonus available immediately
- Paid orientation: travel, lodging, & meals provided
- Home every weekend
- NEW driver referral program
- Rollover vacation time (ask your recruiter for details)
- All trucks are 3 years old or newer & include APUs, inverters, & navigation
- BlueCross/BlueShield health coverage
- Whole family insurance plans as low as $99/week
- Single individual insurance plans as low as $15/week
- Dental & vision insurance
- $20,000 in life insurance provided by company (additional coverage available)
- 401(k) with profit sharing available after 1 year
- Option to pay insurance premiums pre-tax
